Selection Process
उम्मीदवारों का चयन Merit + Interview के आधार पर किया जाएगा।
Merit में शैक्षणिक योग्यता के प्रत्येक स्तर को 20% Weightage दिया जाएगा:
- Secondary Level – 20%
- Senior Secondary Level – 20%
- Graduation – 20%
- Post Graduation – 20%
- Interview – प्राप्त अंक
इस प्रकार Education के कुल 80% और Interview के अंकों के आधार पर Merit तैयार की जाएगी।
Salary
चयनित उम्मीदवार को 7th CPC के Level-7 के अनुसार ₹44,900 + DA का Remuneration दिया जाएगा। Regular MCD Employees को मिलने वाले अन्य Benefits इस Contract नियुक्ति पर लागू नहीं होंगे।
